If the cake is a simple cake generally a couple days is ok. If the cake has decorations and designs I would recommend at least two weeks to allow time for special order parts and supplies.
Booking a date to reserve a spot does require a 50% non refundable deposit that is due at the time of ordering. The deposit is of course applied to the total balance. The remaining balance is due upon pick up.
If something does happen and plans are changed I completely understand that "life" happens and the full deposit can be credited to another date. We can always work something out!
Unfortunately I do not offer delivery at this time.
